Doors: no older than 15 years old.
Exterior, Interior, Fire-rated, French, Bi-fold, Louvered, Shutters, Paneled, Storm (with trim, screen and hardware)
Windows: no more than 15 years old.
Thermal, Stained Glass or Decorative, Leaded
Kitchen Units: no painted cupboards. Ask about our free Salvage program!
Cupboards, Sinks, All Fixtures
Bathroom:
Claw Foot Tubs, Vanities, Clean Complete Toilets (6L or less, white only), Medicine Cabinets, Undamaged mirrors
Electrical/Lighting: lighting 5 years old or newer, unless antique (60yrs+).
Wire, Outlets, Switches, Complete Fans, Breaker Panels
Lumber: As new products, minimum 8' lengths for lumber
Trim, Baseboards, Paneling, Plywood, Complete Door Trim (bundled with masking tape.), Cove Molding, New Hardwood flooring
Decor: 5 years old or newer
Unused Mistint Paint, Home Décor Items, Only New Unused Residential, Drapery or blinds with original packaging.
Construction Material:
Glue, Boxed Nails and Screws. New and in-date Caulking, Architectural Detailing, New Unused Tile (min 20sq ft)
Hardware: Including:
Complete Door, Window, Antique, Cabinet
Furniture: Only excellent condition desks, dressers, bed frames, table sets, etc. all only if 10 years old or newer, no mattresses or upholstered furniture (excluding leather), unless antique 75 yrs +.
Appliances: No gas appliances, only clean, excellent working condition, 7 years old or newer.
Other: Any tools, end of line products, old stock merchandise, store returns, RTV, etc.
Donation Items We Are Currently Not Accepting
Doors: solid conference doors (unless French), wooden garage doors, flat/slab hollow core doors, hollow slab bi-fold doors, aluminum storm doors (unless complete and in good condition).
Windows: no windows older than 15 years,
Kitchen Units: no used cabinet doors,
Bathroom: no steel tubs (except cast iron claw foot), toilets (unless white, clean and complete), used shower doors (must be 5 yrs old or newer, clean and complete),
Electrical/Lighting: no used lighting older than 5yrs, used ceiling fans,
Lumber: no small pieces of lumber, trim with any rot or nails,
Decor: no used blinds or window treatments, used paint,
Construction Material: no used furnace ducting, nails or screws unless full new boxes, used ceiling tiles, bricks (patio stones and interlocking bricks are fine)
Furniture: no T.V.s, entertainment stands except flat screen stands, computers and computer components, upholstered furniture, mattresses/box springs
Appliances: no electric appliances over 10 years old, gas appliances (unless being donated for scrap)
Household: no used carpets, exercise equipment, organs, pianos, toys, clothing, Work boots, random boxes of merchandise cups, plates, books, board games etc.
